You will guide foremen, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, quality trade work while upholding safety standards. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and coordination with project teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building experience on data centers, power, industrial, water/wastewater projects.
• Superintendent experience directing and coordinating trades.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience collaborating with the PM team for project success.
• Self-perform piping background required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM in development of Chart of Accounts.
• Assist in developing Detailed CPM Schedule.
• Assist in developing Detailed Scope of Work.
• Develop a project site logistics plan.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents.
• Manage McCarthy's labor force for optimum performance.
• Review budgets and negotiate purchase orders.
• Review equipment budgets and negotiate rental rates.
• Monitor project costs and identify improvement areas.
• Provide leadership in quality and safety programs.
• Document daily construction activities.
• Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Issue and maintain short term and CPM schedules.
• Assist in Shop Drawing and Submittal process.
• Verify As-Built drawings are current.
