This role requires deep piping experience, strong leadership, ability to read plans, and a proactive approach to problem solving on complex industrial and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of applicable field leadership experience.
• Significant experience in pipefitting, mechanical, or MEP construction.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting systems, construction principles, field practices, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipefitting and mechanical construction in the field.
• Lead field foremen and trade partners to ensure schedule, safety, and quality.
• Develop site logistics, equipment deliveries, and installation sequencing.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other leaders on CPM schedules.
• Ensure turnover documentation and owner acceptance readiness.
