Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on highly complex water or industrial construction projects.
• Process mechanical experience required.
• Self-perform experience is required.
• Ability to work in a large team with a project-first mentality.
• Willingness to relocate within the region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of complex process mechanical work on large water/industrial projects with focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Plan and manage multiple self-perform process mechanical crews and supervise subcontractors as needed.
• Oversee safety programs, THA processes, and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Interpret contract documents and drawings; coordinate with owners, inspectors and other trades.
• Support project teams with isometric drawings, shop drawings, and material planning.
• Resolve field issues in real time; ensure first-time installation accuracy.
• Foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture across the project team.
