Job summary

kdc/one in Groveport, OH is seeking a hands-on Process Optimization Engineer to join our 1st shift on site. You will work with production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and uptime.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and practical floor work, with opportunities to implement new processes and equipment improvements.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Work Location: 100% Onsite

At kdc/one, we manufacture products for some of the most recognized beauty and personal care brands. We're looking for a hands-on Process Optimization Engineer who enjoys working alongside production teams, tackling challenges, and making improvements that actually stick.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Find ways to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

• Troubleshoot production challenges and identify the root cause of recurring issues.

• Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Someone who is comfortable spending time on the production floor, not just behind a desk.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with different teams.

• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, chemicals, food, or other high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus.
