About the Role

WRS Health is seeking a Process Optimization Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering and a strong passion for operational excellence to lead process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing workflows across multiple internal teams—including HR, Marketing, and Finance—as well as within Operations, with a focus on our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services such as Virtual Assistant support, Billing services, and other client-facing support functions.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, skilled at identifying inefficiencies, introducing automation and best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to standardize scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce friction, and drive business growth.

.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Mapping & Redesign

  • Analyze and document current-state workflows across HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
  • Identify pain points, redundancies, and areas for standardization or automation
  • Design optimized future-state processes to improve quality, speed, and alignment across departments

2. Data-Driven Process Improvement

  • Define and track operational KPIs relevant to each department (e.g., onboarding turnaround, campaign production time, budget approval cycles)
  • Use Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable gains in efficiency and performance
  • Deliver actionable insights and process performance reviews using Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight

3. Automation & Tool Enablement

  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to eliminate manual steps and improve handoffs across teams
  • Support system integrations between CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), finance tools, HR platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Ensure automation strategies align with compliance, data security, and business continuity standards

4. SOP Development & Documentation

  • Build and maintain clear SOPs, process maps, and training documentation for optimized workflows
  • Standardize documentation practices to ensure continuity and ease of adoption across global and remote teams

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

  • Partner with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather input and drive process ownership
  • Lead pilot programs to test improvements and collect feedback before broader rollout
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging team leads and reinforcing new practices
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
  • Hands-on experience supporting shared services teams such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Healthcare operations or BPO experience is a plus but not required
Technical Skills
  • Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Bizagi)
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quicksight)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), HR tools, marketing platforms, and finance software
  • Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred
Preferred Attributes
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to build trust and consensus
  • Systems thinker who can break down complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions
  • Detail-oriented yet adaptable to shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive, improvement-driven team culture
