Job summary

Oscar is seeking an Associate, Process Optimization in New York City to drive cross-functional process improvements. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Process Improvement and requires collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

The position features a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office weekly (Thu in-office day for meetings). Base pay ranges from $96,876 to $127,149 per year, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in related fields.
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting.
• 2+ years using data tools (Excel, SQL, Python) for analysis.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management experience.
• 2+ years designing/improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years applying Lean, Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional implementations with stakeholders and manage projects end-to-end.
• Develop and monitor department metrics and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate across groups to drive change management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor teammates and support professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
