Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot process equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversees rendering process from raw material bin to finished goods storage.
• Maintain steady flow of material to cooker and monitor temperature/steam.
• Control flow of material to presses and to finished goods storage.
• Operate pollution control and wastewater systems in accordance with rules.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment in process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety rules.
