Job Description:

As a Process Operator, you will operate, challenge, and clean equipment according to SOPs, JSAs, and batch documents to deliver high-quality products safely and efficiently. You will monitor equipment for rejects, perform duties in compliance with regulatory and OSHA standards, resolve minor downtime issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will also be responsible for changeovers and equipment setup to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate, challenge, replenish supplies, clean equipment, and perform all duties per cGMPs, Batch Documentation, SOPs, ZSPs, and JSAs, maintaining inspection readiness.
2. Monitor equipment for rejects and stoppages, escalate issues affecting quality and performance.
3. Participate in GSK Production System standards (5S, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, etc.) aiming for Zero Accidents, Zero Defects, Zero Waste.
4. Engage in performance management, problem solving, and maintain OSW and 5S standards.
5. Meet safety, quality, waste, and performance objectives; suggest process improvements.
6. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, demonstrating expertise in operations.
7. Produce high-quality work reliably, utilizing systems like DELTA, SAP, IP21, etc.
8. Collaborate with team members, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate effectively.
9. Understand equipment operation, sensors, and perform changeovers and start-up activities to specifications.

Qualifications:

Basic: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years pharma/manufacturing experience, ability to handle materials up to 40 lbs, work up to 12.5 hours.

Preferred: Mechanical aptitude, data analysis skills, knowledge of OEE, and proficiency with relevant applications.

Skills & Traits:

Attention to detail, effective communication, independent work capability, computer literacy, and physical ability to perform job tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Climb, kneel, stand, lift, work in a manufacturing environment with protective gear, and support rapid learning and adaptability.
