Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition division in Clinton, Oklahoma, is hiring a Sanitation Operator. You will support sanitation, janitorial, forklift tasks, and comply with GMPs and safety standards in a high-speed plant environment.

The role requires English communication, high school education, and flexibility to work shifts. Preferred background includes manufacturing experience and knowledge of inventory controls. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be willing and able to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles (preferred).
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience operating a variety of machines (preferred).
• 2 years of manufacturing or technical/trade discipline experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned activities and tasks within a line or area.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain GMPs for site and ensure product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently; troubleshoot issues.
• Support Food Safety and sanitation initiatives and audits.
• Assist in waste and recycle handling; coordinate with quality team.
• Complete shift documentation accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate ownership of product quality and perform quality checks.
