Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Comfort using computers for data entry and training systems.
• Experience with equipment set-up and changeovers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment following SOPs, safety rules, and batch documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality; report or escalate issues affecting safety or output.
• Perform routine changeovers and start-of-batch activities to meet production specs.
• Complete required production records and basic system entries on time.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying practical fixes and participating in problem solving.
• Work with teammates and supervisors to troubleshoot minor production stoppages.
