Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Process Operator to operate, troubleshoot, and clean equipment following SOPs and batch documents to deliver high quality products. You will monitor for rejects, comply with OSHA standards, and drive improvement opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1+ years in pharma/manufacturing, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to handle up to 40 lbs. of materials.
• Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs. in one shift (If required).

Responsibilities

• Operates, challenges, replenishes consumable supplies, cleans equipment, and performs duties per cGMPs, batch docs, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Monitors equipment for rejects/stoppages and escalates issues impacting quality or safety.
• Undergoes training in GSK Production System standards to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Performs changeovers and setup to design specs and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
