Job summary

Acro Service Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to execute manufacturing and material handling in a regulated environment, ensuring targets are met through equipment operation, SOP adherence, and cGMP compliance.

You will document activities, inspect materials and finished goods, perform line changes and cleaning, and collaborate with teammates to keep safety and quality at the forefront while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Mechanical aptitude for operating equipment.
• Ability to document accurately in logs and records.
• Understanding of quality standards and defect identification.
• Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform manual assembly to meet output targets.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions to ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality.
• Perform line clearance, lot changes, and cleaning as defined.
• Accurately document production activities in logs, batch records, and systems.
• Identify non-conforming materials and escalate issues appropriately.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and clear equipment jams.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
