About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.   • Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance
  • Good communication and listening skills

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Starting Hourly Wage: $25.87 USD

This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
