Job summary

Grahamjobs seeks a Process Operator in the Dough Room to support dough preparation and timely production in Mebane, NC. The role covers turnout of ready-to-use dough and close coordination with moulding, ovens, and packaging.

Shift is Night 6:30 pm – 7:00 am on a 2/2/3 rotation. Pay starts at $19.55 per hour plus 10% shift differential, with opportunities to contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of technical and electrical terms.
• Ability to perform duties in compliance with GMP/FSMA food hygiene practices.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Prior experience in a production setting, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment (preferred).
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to multitask and approach tasks with a detail‑oriented manner.
• Aptitude for handling repetitive tasks.
