Agri-Mark, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) at our West Springfield, MA facility. You will operate the dryer, evaporator and RO systems to ensure proper pasteurization and product quality, following all applicable regulations.

Starting wage is $29.29/hr with a 7% shift differential and a pay range of $29.29–$31.14/hr. Eligible for wage increases during the first 24 months, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO) 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) who will provide for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations. Comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condenses specification. Operator will understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer and will engage in cross training to support business needs. Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holiday and rotate shift, as required. At times overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will be mandatory.

Starting wage: $29.29/hr. Plus 7% shift differential. Pay range: $29.29- $31.14/hr. This position also offers eligibility for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
