Operator will understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer and will engage in cross training to support business needs. Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holiday and rotate shift, as required. At times overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will be mandatory. Starting wage: $29.29/hr. Plus 10% shift differential. Pay range: $29.29- $31.14/hr. This position also offers eligibility for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
