Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Wisconsin is hiring for a full-time production operator to safely operate Flash and Roll Dryer line equipment. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working a 12-hour shift on a 7 on/7 off rotation, with availability for holidays and weekends.

Training and advancement options are available, along with a competitive benefits package. The starting wage is $21.70 per hour, with pay-for-skills opportunities up to $28.61 per hour; overtime

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments.
Background check required.
Pre-employment drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

Operate Flash and/or Roll Dryer line equipment safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and fix issues impacting production.
Prepare batches per SOPs and monitor quality specs.
Perform in-process testing and document results.
Load/unload materials and manage packaging operations.
Assist with sanitation and equipment maintenance.
