Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Operations Supervisor at our Carlin operation. You will supervise, mentor, and develop process crews, collaborating with the operations team to drive safety, productivity, and reliability across the site.

The role requires a proven safety record and five years of process operations experience. You will perform SAP duties, training, and evaluations, while aligning with site objectives and our values of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years process operations experience
• Proven safety record and ability to support safety, environmental, and production goals
• Ability to supervise numerous employees at once
• Ability to facilitate crew lineouts, safety meetings
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and to hold fellow employees/contractors accountable to follow company policies and procedures
• Experience with computer operations preferred
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, support, and professionally develop process operations crew
• Provide training and mentoring for operators
• Develop a safe, productive, and high-performing crew while working collaboratively within the framework of the site team and company enterprise
• Conduct individual employee evaluations
• Update employee training records and status upgrades
• Establish and refine operating strategies and procedures to ensure equipment is utilized to its optimum extent
• Perform SAP medium-user duties including: OTL (Oracle Time Labor) entry and approval, MSS (Manager Self Service), work requests, work orders, move orders, LMS (Learning Management System)
• Perform other duties as assigned
