Qualifications

• Six years of underground mine experience required.
• At least three years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining.
• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling preferred.
• Excellent communication and safety/performance record required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign personnel as jobs require
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment preforms as desired
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure compliance with mine plans
• Develop and train employees to standards for safe and efficient equipment operation
• Preform other duties as assigned
