Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Twinsburg, Ohio, is seeking a Process Operations Leader to own and optimize manufacturing processes on one or two lines in a 24-hour operation. You will lead standard work, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to achieve True Efficiency.

You will analyze data, manage losses, and ensure quality and safety while coaching teams and leading line reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
Strong understanding of production processes and performance metrics.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence across shifts and functions without direct authority.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, 24hour manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Own all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operation.
Ensure consistent execution of standard work across all shifts.
Identify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stability.
Develop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss elimination.
Use structured problem solving and Continuous Improvement tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and rework.
Track, analyze, and report line performance using accurate, reliable data.
