Texas State Technical College is seeking an Instructor to deliver approved curriculum in an applied learning environment. You will prepare and deliver high-quality instruction, develop course syllabi, and guide students toward successful outcomes with mentorship and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities include student advisement, maintaining records, and participating in recruitment and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field with teaching qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related teaching discipline preferred.
• 5+ years related work experience in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of LMS such as Blackboard or Canvas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and develop syllabi.
• Maintain student records and an orderly instructional environment.
• Advise students and support retention efforts with the Office of Student Success.
• Assist in program recruitment and related tours and events.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to meet program goals.
