• Operate machinery, tools, vehicles, and computers for troubleshooting and repairs.

Job Summary

• Purchase and maintain tools required for the job
• Ensure the workspace, shop, and toolbox are clean and sanitary
• Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent technical training
• Understanding of electrical and electronics controls
• Commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
• Ability to work self-directed and in a team environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of PCs and basic software
• Safety shoes required on the first day
• Good hygiene and a clean workspace
• Strong work and safety record

Preferred Qualifications

• Four years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience in industrial mechanical, electrical, packaging, or process maintenance
• Proficiency in welding (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron) and using an acetylene torch
• Experience or training in hydraulics and pneumatics
