Job summary

Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking a Process Manager to own end-to-end workflows for our PA Branch, driving improvements and ensuring projects move forward on schedule. You will coordinate permitting, documentation, and program support with strong attention to detail.

  • Experienced in Construction Coordination: You have prior experience with construction permitting and/or project coordination or project support. You understand the importance of accurate documentation, deadlines, communication, and keeping projects moving forward.
  • Technology Proficient: You are proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and adapting to new software and technology.
  • An Administrative Problem-Solver: You are comfortable providing administrative processing and recordkeeping support for the branch office. You are detail-oriented and able to manage documentation and administrative requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • Comfortable Managing Multiple Programs: You have experience supporting multiple related programs or initiatives simultaneously and can keep track of the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
