You will use Megger testers, PV check devices, IV-curve tracers, clamp-on meters, and digital multimeters, with training and support provided. A strong safety mindset and the ability to travel to job sites are essential, as well as a valid driver's license and OSHA 10 / First Aid readiness.

Qualifications

• Training and experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Electrical Contractor License preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Experience in solar is a plus, but not required.
• Able to climb ladders, work from a roof, use hand tools, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform the physical work required of independently performing service work on solar systems installed by us or other solar installers.
• Certified in or willing to obtain OSHA 10, First Aid & CPR. Driver’s license with a clean or good driving record.
• Humane and effective communicator; self-motivated; team player.

Responsabilités

• Use sophisticated testing equipment to evaluate system performance, then troubleshoot and resolve issues on previously installed solar systems.
• Perform service work on solar systems installed by Paradise Energy Solutions or other solar installers.
• Travel to job sites; collaborate with team to ensure high-quality, safe maintenance.

What We Offer Our Sr. Service Technicians, O&M

• $34 - $45 per hour, depending on experience, and pay for travel time to and from all jobsites
• Travel and per diem for meals when traveling overnight, but home on weekends
