Job summary

Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking a Process Manager to own and optimize workflows across construction permitting, project support, and PA branch administration. The role emphasizes precise documentation, deadline-driven multitasking, and coordinating multiple programs while improving efficiency.

You will work with Google Apps and Microsoft Office, learn new tools, and contribute to ongoing training and growth within a growing solar installer with strong community ties.

Description

What we’re looking for in a Process Manager

• Process-Oriented & Accountable: You take ownership of processes from start to finish. You are responsible for executing, administering, maintaining, and improving workflows—and you follow through to ensure assigned deliverables and projects achieve the desired outcomes.
• Organized & Able to Prioritize: You are highly organized and comfortable managing changing priorities. You can effectively balance multiple concurrent projects and related programs while keeping deadlines, details, and commitments on track.
• A Process Owner & Continuous Improver: You don't simply follow a process—you look for ways to make it better. You are comfortable identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing changes, and helping processes become more efficient, consistent, and effective.
• Experienced in Construction Coordination: You have prior experience with construction permitting and/or project coordination or project support. You understand the importance of accurate documentation, deadlines, communication, and keeping projects moving forward.
• Technology Proficient: You are proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and adapting to new software and technology.
• An Administrative Problem-Solver: You are comfortable providing administrative processing and recordkeeping support for the PA Branch. You are detail-oriented and able to manage documentation and administrative requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable Managing Multiple Programs: You have experience supporting multiple related programs or initiatives simultaneously and can keep track of the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Comfortable with Financing Programs: Experience processing grants, loans, incentives, rebates, or other forms of financing is a plus.
• Comfortable with Future Workplace Transitions: You are able to work from our Paradise office and are willing to transition to our new office location in Mount Joy when it opens in late 2027.
