Job description

Description

More than a decade ago, Ledge introduced America to the first-in pool chaise and modern design forward furniture for a more compelling outdoor living experience. Today the award-winning brand is recognized as the in-pool and poolside leader, adopted by discerning homeowners and five star resort and residential properties around the world.

Our continued success is very much a consequence of our team members, the Ledge culture of collaboration and innovation, and our unwavering belief in the importance of design distinction in everything we do.

At Ledge, we believe outdoor spaces are not just extensions of the home—they're living works of art. As pioneers in the premium in-pool and poolside product design space, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help our customers manifest their identity by elevating their approach to outdoor living.

Job Overview:

The Process Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the end-to-end processes that power product development, launch, and lifecycle improvement at Ledge. This role will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Operations to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our standards for premium quality and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product Management to define and improve workflows that support new product introductions, roadmap execution, and lifecycle planning.
  2. Map, document, and continuously refine key product development and lifecycle processes across departments.
  3. Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve speed, clarity, and scalability.
  4. Develop clear process standards, playbooks, and onboarding materials to drive consistency and adoption.
  5. Partner closely with Sourcing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure aligned processes and seamless handoffs.
  6. Track and analyze key process metrics; use data to recommend and implement process improvements.
  7. Facilitate planning and timeline coordination for major product initiatives.
  8. Lead process-related change management and training to ensure adoption across all stakeholder teams.
  9. Support a culture of continuous improvement and process discipline across the product organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management within a product or consumer goods company.
  • Proven understanding of product development lifecycles; experience in design-led or manufacturing-focused environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply it to decision-making.
  • Experience creating process documentation, training guides, and change enablement resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and proactive by nature.
  • Passion for premium product experiences and improving how great ideas come to life.
