Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp is seeking an experienced Process Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance of its autoclave POX facility at the Lone Tree Complex in Humboldt County, Nevada. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, reliable, and high-performance operations, from commissioning through ramp-up and ongoing optimization.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in mining maintenance, proven team leadership, and a strong track record in reliability-centered maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but will also consider experience.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in mining operations, with POX facility exposure.
• Proven track record of leading and developing maintenance teams on mine sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the autoclave POX facility to ensure reliability and safety.
• Lead cross-functional maintenance teams including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Drive commissioning, start-up and ramp-up activities for project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental permits, and internal standards.
• Develop and implement robust reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and corporate teams to meet performance targets.
