Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp in Nevada is seeking an experienced Process Maintenance Planner for the Lone Tree Autoclave facility. This role focuses on overseeing mechanical maintenance planning to ensure safe, efficient operation and metallurgical optimization of the POX process.

You will lead asset management, schedules, and training, while collaborating with operations, safety, and projects to support ramp-up, commissioning, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in process maintenance including POX and related processes.
• 2+ years in process maintenance training.
• Experience with mine-site operations and supply chain teams.
• Experience with POX facilities treating various feedstocks is beneficial.
• Strong reliability-centered maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate and administer process maintenance planning activities.
• Lead asset management programs and scheduled shutdowns.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and metallurgy teams to meet objectives.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up activities for the POX facility.
• Provide training support for operators and maintenance staff.
• Maintain maintenance documentation for regulatory compliance.
