A.R. Mazzotta is seeking a Process Machine Operator in Thomaston, CT, with openings on all shifts and growth potential toward permanent employment. If you have manufacturing or machine operating experience, you can contribute to a team and develop a long-term career.

Process Machine Operator – All ShiftsThomaston, CT Area | $21.00–$24.15 per hour | Contract-to-Hire

We’re seeking Process Machine Operators with at least 6 months of manufacturing or machine operating experience who are ready to grow with an established and expanding operation. With openings on all three shifts and additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts, this is an opportunity to put your experience to work and take the next step in your manufacturing career.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st Shift: $21.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $23.10 per hour — includes a 10% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: $24.15 per hour — includes a 15% shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production or process machinery to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Identify and report equipment issues or process irregularities.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow company safety standards.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent quality.

What We’re Looking For
