Job summary

Romac in Sultan, WA is seeking a Process Machine Operator I to support first-level process machine operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should follow work instructions, meet production expectations and maintain quality and safety standards.

• Learn how to load and unload subcomponents using material handling tools and equipment.
• Inspect each subcomponent for proper materials, dimensions, and finishes to meet quality standards.
• Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.

Hours: Mon – Thurs 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
What You’ll Do

Base Compensation Range: $22.25 - $28.61
Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year, and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
