Job summary

Trex in Little Rock, AR is seeking a production supervisor-level operator to support the manufacturing line. You will work in conjunction with Engineering technicians, EOL-Leads, Raw Material Leads and Quality techs to ensure quality product is produced and daily goals are met.

Candidates must have knowledge of JDE/CONGOS/RFS Scanners, be a Machine Operator II, and be able to work with process notes. Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate
