Job summary

Trex in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Material Handler at the Arkansas Plant. The role requires forklift certification and experience with inventory tracking, data management, and operating plant machinery.

You will handle packaging tasks and work in a high-volume production environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to stand for long periods, work 12-hour shifts, and comply with PPE requirements.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be Material Handler or above

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment
• Visual acuity to inspect products and labels
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
• Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work in hot environments and on concrete floors.
