TAIT is seeking a Process Lead in the Custom Fabrication Department to optimize manufacturing and fabrication processes. You will lead a small team, oversee workflow, and ensure quality and safety across projects while driving continuous improvement in a live-event production environment.

You will engage with multiple departments, read complex drawings, and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of mechanical or welding experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team.

• Lead a small, diverse group to complete project goals and support collaboration.
• Organize and manage workflow so team understands duties.
• Read, understand, and utilize mechanical drawings.
• Ensure quality control and flag issues for rework or escalation.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient workspace and processes.
• Capture labor hours and materials in Epicor.
• Communicate progress to management and other departments.
• Attend meetings and training to improve skills.
