Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Process Lead in the Mechanical Fabrication Department to drive manufacturing excellence for live events. You will lead a small team, optimize workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across fabrication projects.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, coordinating tasks, and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of mechanical or welding experience.
• High School Degree or GED.
• Preferred experience with Epicor, Slack, and Box.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, diverse team to complete project goals and coordinate tasks.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to guide fabrication.
• Maintain quality control and address design issues through rework.
• Capture labor hours and materials in Epicor.
• Uphold safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
