TAIT is seeking a Process Lead for Assets to oversee daily operations of Pod 4 assets, plan priorities by capacity and deadlines, and guide the return processing of rental items. You’ll separate, scan, and return items, while aiding recycling and reporting discrepancies.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, ensuring safety, and using RentalWorks to track items. Strong welding/tool experience and warehouse background are preferred; physical duties apply.

The ProcessLead for Assets is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing the daily activities of the assets located at Pod 4. The Process Lead will review daily priorities and work requirements and plan based on capacity, demand, and critical completion dates. The Process Lead, working along with the Production Technicians, are charged with executing the return processing of items returning from rentals. They separate and scan in rental items and return them to proper departments while also helping to recycle/reuse custom items. They check through discrepancies and report back on missing/damaged items.
