Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Process Lead for Assets to oversee daily operations of Pod 4 assets, plan priorities by capacity and deadlines, and guide the return processing of rental items. You’ll separate, scan, and return items, while aiding recycling and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, ensuring safety, and using RentalWorks to track items. Strong welding/tool experience and warehouse background are preferred; physical duties apply.

Qualifications

  • Experience with welding techniques.
  • Experience working with hand and power tools.
  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, factory or rentals environment.
  • Knowledge of equipment used in entertainment staging preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in the plant’s safety process.
  • Satisfactory delivery of control systems to integration.
  • Coordinating the daily schedules for team members.
  • Daily task prioritization for the rental team.
  • Checking in and verifying return of rental items using RentalWorks database.
  • Distribution of returned items to proper departments/locations.
  • Perform basic quality control and maintenance of some items.
  • Loading and unloading of company and external providers’ trucks and vehicles.
  • Disassembly and distribution of custom items to recycling/reuse/consignment.
  • Follow through with missing items to verify accuracy in missing items reports.
  • Communication with management on missing and damaged items upon return.
