TAIT in Lititz, PA is seeking an Asset Coordinator to ensure the seamless flow of equipment for live events. You will track, organize, and distribute assets, coordinating with production teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely availability, maintenance and returns.
If you are detail‑oriented and well organized, you will maintain accurate asset records and contribute to the efficiency of our shows. This role offers growth within TAIT's global live events network.

As an Asset Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of equipment and resources. Your responsibilities include meticulously tracking, organizing, and distributing assets, equipment, and materials to various event locations. You will collaborate with production teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely asset availability, maintenance, and returns. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate asset records and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our live events.
