Job summary

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Process Operator to manage day-to-day material flow, data accuracy, and inventory control in a fast-paced production environment.

You will operate extrusion machines, enter data into Netsuite, receive and stage materials, and ensure timely, accurate updates to production records while adhering to safety protocols. This role includes opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Know-how to enter production, material and inventory data accurately.
• Experience operating extrusion machines.
• Ability to track inventory, flag shortages and reconcile counts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative in warehouse and loading environments.
• Enter production, material, and inventory data accurately in our ERP system Netsuite.
• Operate extrusion machines to process materials.
• Receive, stage, and move materials to keep the line supplied.
• Track inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Reconcile physical counts against system records.
• Follow standard work and safety procedures on every task.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor before they slow production.
