Job summary

AmeriLux seeks team members to operate thermoforming and compression machinery and support the manufacturing of high-quality products. Shifts offer 10- or 12-hour options, with a $2.00 per hour premium for 12-hour shifts.

Candidates will perform quality checks to ensure specifications and collaborate with teammates to hit safety, quality and delivery targets. Join a team focused on excellence and reliability in a dynamic production environment.

Role Facts

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
