The AmeriLux Family of Companies is hiring for a Production Team member in De Pere, Wisconsin. You will cross-train across production departments and rotate to permanent assignments while supporting safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

You will operate machines, read work orders, and collaborate with teammates. This role emphasizes reliability, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols with a 12-hour shift Fri-Sun.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders.
• Understanding technical drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.

Responsibilities

• Operate all machines or tools in the area, including drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Read and execute sales orders to prepare raw material to spec.
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
• Collaborate with team on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
