Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to help modernize product operating models and accelerate AI-enabled product delivery. You will work across architectures, strategy, and value streams to design scalable, customer-focused outcomes.

In this hybrid role with on-site expectations in Chicago, IL and other cities, you will lead workshops, champion agile practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, agile coaching, scrum master, or related roles with at least 1 year in consulting or client-facing positions.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product management practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows.
• Working knowledge of product operating models, value stream management, or lean portfolio management concepts.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or team ceremonies.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess maturity of product organizations and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Infuse AI into the product lifecycle and help document AI best practices.
• Develop frameworks and deliverables like process maps and playbooks for transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate team workshops, training sessions, and change adoption activities.
• Implement transformation initiatives by identifying value streams and shaping cross-functional teams.
• Track progress with dashboards and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
