Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily process integration tasks for 0.15um/0.18um lines to ensure line stability.
• Monitor inline data, analyze yield detractors, and support CIP projects for yield and defect reduction.
• Collaborate with Fab module engineers to troubleshoot process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
• Support senior engineers in executing New Tape-Out flows and pilot run tracking.
