Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Process Integration Development Engineer to design, execute, and analyze experiments that improve process performance, leveraging advanced materials and metrology to drive reliability and manufacturability.

Joining Intel Foundry's Logic Technology Development (LTD), you will collaborate across engineering teams to transfer technology to high-volume manufacturing, implement Copy Exactly methodologies, and address customer requests with robust

Qualificações

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Optics, Chemistry, or a related field (or Master’s with 4+ years).
• Experience with materials characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, Spectroscopy or other metrology tools.
• Experience with semiconductor processing fundamentals (lithography, etching, polishing, chemical/physical reactions, device physics).
• Experience in statistical or data analysis tools like MATLAB, JMP, or Excel, and knowledge of DOE principles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute experiments to characterize processes throughout development and improve product performance.
• Develop and qualify materials and equipment to meet reliability, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and identify process solutions with product and module teams.
• Leverage data analysis to identify design weaknesses or tool issues.
• Lead new product qualifications and enable technology transfers to high-volume manufacturing using Copy Exactly.
