Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, machining, operations, or process improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to raise productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to implement initiatives that improve efficiency and throughput.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement on the production floor.
• Work with machine operators, maintenance, and supervisors to optimize machine utilization and performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions and standard work documentation.
