The Process Improvement Specialist builds the foundational operational blueprint for our organization. This individual will transition the company from reactive, transforming new and immature processes into structured, scalable, and repeatable processes across Sales, Engineering, and Program Management. This is a builder role requiring a balance of strategic design and hands‑on execution. As the Process Improvement Specialist, you will serve as a key internal consultant and operational architect. Reporting directly to the Business Transformation Manager, you will design, implement, and standardize the foundational processes that bridge our commercial pipeline and technical execution. This is a highly visible opportunity to eliminate operational variance, mitigate risk, and establish the governance necessary to drive predictable, enterprise-wide delivery. The total compensation for this position is $76K-$109K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
