Job description

ENGIE Energy Marketing North America (EEMNA) is ENGIE's energy management and trading platform in North America, where you will contribute to managing and optimizing gas, power, and renewable energy portfolios. You will work in an environment that operates across physical and financial markets, helping provide market access, structuring solutions, and risk management services while supporting the commercialization of renewable energy assets.

In this role, you will support the Digital, Data and Transformation function in accelerating business process transformation across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Digital, Data and Transformation, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and the Business Transformation Committee to identify, prioritize, redesign, and embed improved ways of working.

You will take a process- and adoption-first approach, focusing on improving how the business operates. Your work will center on simplifying processes, clarifying ownership, strengthening controls, reducing manual effort, and ensuring that new ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained. While you may leverage automation, cloud platforms, and AI as enablers, your primary focus will be on process improvement rather than dedicated data or GenAI work.

As a key partner to the Business Transformation Committee, you will help translate transformation priorities into practical, measurable improvements with clear ownership, structured implementation plans, and tracked business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or redesign processes with or without automation.

  • Challenge existing ways of working and recommend the right improvement lever: process change, role clarification, better documentation, training, system enhancement or automation.

  • Facilitate workshops with business teams to align on current pain points, target-state processes and implementation plans.

  • Prepare opportunity assessments, process improvement proposals, roadmap updates and decision materials for committee review.

  • Actively support the Business Transformation Committee in identifying, structuring and prioritizing transformation opportunities.

Impact measurement and leadership reporting

  • Define success measures for process transformation initiatives, such as cycle-time reduction, reduced manual work, improved control, fewer handoffs or higher user satisfaction.

  • Track qualitative and quantitative benefits and provide concise leadership updates on progress, decisions needed and delivered impact.

  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the transformation approach across initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, STEM, or a related field
