You will identify risks, manage escalations, and partner with leadership to optimize processes and reduce costs while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, and applying Lean Six Sigma principles to scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in payer or provider operations
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ years of experience in developing and presenting information and recommendations aimed at Senior Leadership
• Management consulting experience
• Training or experience applying Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles
• Experience with project coordination or management in a matrixed organization
• Experience supporting RFP development and implementation of software or service solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify risks with leadership and resolve issues/escalations through investigation to inform insights for technology-enabled processes and solutions
• Coordinate projects and processes to ensure key milestones and service levels are met
• Partner with leadership to strategize, implement, and manage cost-saving or outcome-improvement arrangements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals
• Support management, stewardship, and analysis of data for compliant, performant operations
• Provide recommendations to ensure financial discipline and quality
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and mindset shifts to boost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
