CVS Health is hiring a Process Engineer to join our site operations. You will apply Lean and continuous improvement tools to identify bottlenecks, map value streams, and support safety, quality and delivery improvements across the operation.

Responsibilities include building operational reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel, supporting Kaizen events, and ensuring accurate data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and basic problem-solving tools.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports identification of bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and safety risks.
• Applies Lean and CI tools to improve workflows and data collection.
• Supports multiple improvement projects with tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Develops operational reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) and ensures data quality.
