FC Industries is offering a paid Continuous Improvement Internship. You will help analyze data, support process-improvement projects, and learn how data-driven decisions drive manufacturing success. You’ll work with mentors across aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and construction sectors.

The internship emphasizes hands-on BI, reporting, and project management experience in a real shop-floor environment, with potential pathways to full-time roles and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and enrolled in a relevant college, university, or career-focused program.
• Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Power BI, SQL, or data visualization experience is a plus.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the shop floor.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, push, reach overhead and bend to the floor.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects with data collection and analysis.
• Assist in preparing reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with mentors on process-improvement initiatives.
• Help track project milestones and communicate findings to teams.
