Job summary

Join us at the Jackson, TN, plant to become Associate Process Engineer and lead transformative initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity gains. You’ll work with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and Finance teams to drive projects using data analytics and continuous improvement principles.

The role supports a 7am–4pm schedule with shift rotations during the first 6 months to learn equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing people.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining accountability and execution.

Responsibilities

Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift towards production goals, sanitation efforts, maintenance requests, managing technicians and the overall budget.
Continuous Improvement – Possess an owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.
Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support on various projects to numerous team members.
Safety First – Focus on people safety and food safety in all aspects of the operation.
